SVN Server是Windows7+Visual SVN Server，以前用TortoiseSVN客户端进行管理的，昨天发现竟然不可以了。到网络找了很久，也没有解决办法。后来在Visual SVN的官方找到了答案。
NoteUnlike web browsers, Subversion clients are unable to access the content of the Repositories node in the VisualSVN Server Manager. In other words, you are unable to access https://svn.example.com/svn/ URL using Subversion clients such as TortoiseSVN or svn.exe.
最后，将Visual SVN Server 回到最原始的状态，Visual SVN Server 2.5.7+TortoiseSVN 1.7.10。
